Sprint’s Galaxy S 4 (SPH-L720) update adds Samsung KNOX support

Samsung Galaxy S 4 Sprint version (SPH-L720) just received a OTA update that adds much of what we saw in its international counterpart, including the option of moving apps to the SD card (only the one that supports that). Business-minded customers will also get access to the KNOX security suite.

Full version of ROM will be soon available to download on our Galaxy S 4 Sprint (SPH-L720) Firmware Page.

If you’re custom rom fan, be careful about upgrading. XDA-Developers members report that the bootloader has changed with this update, but it’s not yet verified whether or not it’s locked down. Those who aren’t concerned about flexible firmware should receive the update soon, though, and we are sure that other US carriers aren’t far behind with this feature packed update.
