According to sources in Korean media Samsung Display is ready and will start to mass produce 1920×1080 AMOLED displays at the end of the February so Samsung could use them to manufacture working devices from early March.

“This year, a small amount of full-HD smartphone panel premium products will be shipped,” (Galaxy S IV) said the OLED business expert. “Next year it is expected to be expanded in volumes,” he said.
