Samsung to start full throtle Exynos 5450 (28 HKMG nm) production Q1 2013 – heading to Galaxy S IV
The new unit is said to be low power consuming, higher performance (compared to chips made of SiON process), build using 28 nm HKMG – High-K/Metal Gate Technology (read more about High-K/Metal Gate Technology). It is four core Cortex A15 5450 SoC – codenamed “Adonis” that is said to be utilized in next generation Galaxy S IV device that, according to Korean media will be announced also Q1 next year.
