Samsung teases next week premiere of updated Exynos Octa SoC

Today, Samsung Exynos team teased us with next generation of Exynos Octa SoC, with a promise of more informations next week. First gen of Exynos Octa was introduced in Las Vegas during the CES 2013. Currently the only one device that uses the Octa-Core SoC is Galaxy S 4 GT-I9500 smartphone – and availability of this device around the globe is very limited.

There was a rumors floating around telling that limited availability of units with Exynos Octa are because of architecture power management issues – but that was never confirmed by Samsung.

We are hoping to see new Exynos Octa generation in devices that will be introduced at this year’s IFA 2013, and maybe we will hear more from Samsung itself during next week announcement.
