[GT-I9000] So called ‘Value Pack’ leaks from Samsung

It looks like Samsung is working on the “Value Pack” for Galaxy S smartphone.
The firmware XXJVU posted by SamMobile features Android 2.3.6 OS but integrates some features from “Ice Cream Sandwich”.

Noticable changes are:
- New unlock methods from ICS
- Camera functionality extended: Panorama mode + Tap to take a picture during Video
- Photo Editing App

On the downside firmware is not as much responsive as official Samsung firmwares also what is noticable the infamous “Phone FC bug” is back.

So after a call your phone there is a chance that phone soft-reboot. Or 100% if you use BT.

Funny to see how all my predictions are slowly becoming reality. Hope this ICS’like project will not be abandoned and after all present Samsung devices will get “Ice Cream Sandwich” upgrade it will finaly come to the smartphone that made Samsung name big on the market.
