Though phone from Samsung will be introduced at this year Mobile World Congress and will hit the streets in March. Device packs 4-inch WVGA screen, 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear camera, VGA front snapper, microSD slot and 1,700mAh battery.
