First Firmware for Snapdragon 600 Powered TD-LTE version of Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7108D) Released

Today, Samsung released first firmware for this Snapdragon 600 powered TD-LTE version of Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7108D). As we know, the device is now only available in China and distributed mainly by China Mobile Carrier. Firmware is available for China (CHM) region, and it’s details are as follow:

The new Samsung Galaxy Note II looks identical to older brother, instead of SoC that is much more powerfull unit. The Quad-Core Krait 300 powered CPU beats Quad-Core Cortex-A9 performance and the built-in Adreno 320 GPU is far more superior to Mali-400 GPU that you can find in GT-N7100. The CPU inside device is clocked at 1.9GHz and device packs 2GB RAM. The chipset that powers this model adds support for TD-LTE, FDD-LTE and TD-SCDMA connectivity and of course regular WCDMA and GSM is there.
