Exynos based Galaxy S 4 (GT-I9500) Gets official Android 4.3 Upgrade
Yesterday Samsung rolled out first 4.3 firmware for Snapdragon Based Galaxy S 4 smartphone. Today, Samsung started to roll out Android 4.3 upgrade for Galaxy S 4 Exynos Octa version (GT-I9500). 4.3 upgrade brings some of noticable improvements like support for Galaxy Gear (SM-V700), memory management optimization, OpenGL 3.0 support, Samsung software and launcher (TouchWiz) improvements, Samsung KNOX, and TRIM support which will reduce flash memory degradation. So wait no longer and get this fine piece of firmware!
First region to receive this upgrade is SER (Russia) with other regions to follow. Upgrade details are as follow:

plz if i download a stock firmware of another region to install on a device with a different region,will there be any problems?plz

I can't to install this ROM, after flashing, don't boot, just black screen. Wipe /data and system not fix this issue.
And downgrade for 4.2.2 official, show error in Odin (not compatible) Knox Crap.
Please help me. . .
@edwardamaral what you have to do is download the firmware, and the kernal, put the kernal into the bootloader slot and firmware into PDA slot. this is the website for GT-I9500 download both firmware and kernal. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2257645
