U.S. Federal Court of Appeals in Washington declined Apple’s injunction to speed Samsung products ban
U.S. appeals court on Monday rejected an application made by Apple Inc. of acceleration of its offer for the ban on the sale of several phones Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd, ruling the iPhone maker can not argue its case in full court of appeal immediately.
The lower court judge rejected Apple’s offer of permanent injunction after followinh the big trial last year. In its ruling on Monday, the U.S. Federal Court of Appeals in Washington, said that the three-judge panel will first consider the appeal by Apple, the full appeals court will not decide whether to hear the case until after that fact.
Representatives for both Apple and Samsung declined to comment.
